1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the EasyTrip application ("the App"), developed and operated by iineGames / iineStudio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
EasyTrip is a trip planning and coordination application that allows users to:
- Create and manage multi-stop itineraries
- Collaborate with friends and family on trip planning
- Share trip details and experiences
- Synchronize trip data across devices
The App is available on Android (via Google Play Store) and as a web application.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the App.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Upload or share any illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
- Distribute spam, malware, or other malicious content
5. User-Generated Content
Any content you create within the App (itineraries, trip notes, shared plans) remains your property. However, by using the App, you grant iineGames / iineStudio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the App and its features (e.g., shared trips, collaborative planning).
You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and overall user experience, is the exclusive property of iineGames / iineStudio. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Google Maps, Firebase, Discord). Your use of these services is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. iineGames / iineStudio is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free
- Route suggestions or itinerary information is accurate or complete
- The App will meet your specific requirements
iineGames / iineStudio shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of the App, including but not limited to navigation errors, incorrect route information, or data loss.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iineGames / iineStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to access the App will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the App's settings.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
